Over 250 delicious turbocharged horsepower, a great suspension, and at a price that can&#8217;t be beat makes the MazdaSpeed 3 a true enthusiast&#8217;s car. When Mazda came out with the new improved 2010 &#8216;Speed 3, there was now a competitor on the block for the cheap and fun performance. The Genesis Coupe has taken the tuner market by storm, with it&#8217;s stout 2.0T, or the impressive 3.8L V6 at it&#8217;s disposal. However, to compete in raw power with the &#8216;Speed 3, we have to reach for the 3.8L V6. FWD vs RWD? Turbo 4 vs. V6? <p>In case you were wondering, this isn&#8217;t a specifically prepared car for the hill climb. In fact, it appears to be the car that Rhys Millen uses for drift competitions, powered by the turbocharged V6 powerplant.</p>

The tuner friendly entry level two door features 19 inch wheels housing beautiful Brembo brakes, a limited slip differential in the rear end and a boost friendly four cylinder that could easily make 250 HP at the wheels with a little motivation from the aftermarket. All for under $25,000. Try to get that with a BMW.</em></p>

I&#8217;m wondering what they&#8217;re using for engine management and fueling, as they seem pretty tight lipped about the deal. Sources say that the Nissan powerplant was chosen because of it&#8217;s penchant for power on short notice, but RMR will be switching back to the Lambda V6 once they sort out how to coax the same tire smoking power out of it.
